Helo world? How's life? Is that everything okay? Well, this is my first post in 2013 hahaha
With this post, I want to share my story in the beginning of the year which was happen in January - February. Hope you can get a learning from it :)
I entered this year without made a strict plan and resolution to take a step for the future, in my mind I predict that everything will seems like a water , no planning and just go with the flow. Then, I realize that it's not good for me in shaping my personality into good way and achieve my dream. Since I ever joined in a project and work with timeline, planning and clearly job desc, made me think to be more focus to decided anything . I thought it should be continue in my life.
At the first, I tried not being in hurry when decide something, So for implemented my idea, I tried to find a suitable date for me come back to my hometown. At the moment, I wouldn't join a short semester because I think I still had a lot of time.
I made a deal with one of the travel agent and booked 10 February went to Jakarta by train and 11 February went to Lampung by plane. I also contact my friends to join with me.
In the middle of my decision, someone told me better to take short semester. Then I got confused to choose come back home or stay to take a short college. I discussed with my parents, they advised to take short semester, either my friend. But, I had booked my ticket :(
In that chaos situation, suddenly a massive flood came to Jakarta and made the transportation stuck in everything. I didn't know, maybe this was a sign to keep stay in Semarang. The flood no longer happened, and I missed my hometown so much. So I wanted to skip one week in short semester and follow my first decision.
Finally, I could made an escape to relax my mind during my short semester and took a holiday . But, you know what, an unpredictable things came again to me. In the end of January, Batavia Air, an airplane that we choose from Jakarta to Lampung, were going to bankrupt. The airplane stopped the operation start from 31 January. While my flight were in the 11 February. I felt shocked and didn't know what will I do in the next :(
I told my parents about that, and they were so sad. So I decided not back in Lampung during holiday and focus in my short semester even they asked me to come to Lampung in the end of February.. But, I don't want to fussing them by give my extra money again.
From this story, I learn we need to make an accuracy planning yet must be more flexible. Even, the money didn't comeback and lost a lot of money, I tried to be more sincere for this condition and believe everything happened for a reason. God never sleep and every dark clouds has a good silver lining :)
